Made it to 100 sc to redeem. Put it to redeem on 2-11 and 1st reedem has to be ach for some reason it's now 2-15 and still pending. I've spoken to chst and like others have stayed they claim issues with payment processor and wouldn't do anything about it. Maybe if that is the case then allow 1st one to debit card if issues are going on will update rating if they make it right
