Well, this is my first redemption after months of making attempts at being profitable from this site. I like the layout, gaming options, and the consistent daily promo sweep coins. HOWEVER, I just don't understand how a redemption can be in a "pending" status for more then 24 hours... There are so many sweeps casino's out there that offer redemption's within 24 hours, if not instant. When I buy sweeps coins, I can't place my payment in a "pending" status because they expect their money immediately. So, when it comes time for me to collect my redemption, I feel that the same respect should be given. Sadly, this redemption has taken far to long in my opinion and I'm taking the time to document the experience here for everyone to see.
Time of redemption - 12:41pm 2/26/26 - Thursday
Currently still pending - 9:25am 3/3/26 - Tuesday
My redemption amount is $700. It does say that you have to use your bank for the first redemption and that it could take 2-5 business days to complete. But again, with other companies considering their players as a priority, redemption times are generally very quick because if the player has money to play with, they will play. It's been 5 days and I'm sitting at home broke thinking about why I decided to choose SpinQuest when I can play the same games and get my redemption quicker on other sites.
With all that being said, I will update this review as updates are given to me. Hopefully, my redemption get's completed soon. If it does, I will gladly change my review to a higher rating. Until then, may this be a warning to anyone who is considering playing on this site. I'm optimistic it'll be completed today... Wish me luck!
3/3/26 - UPDATE - STATUS HAS BEEN CHANGED TO SUCCESS. Waiting on the actual deposit now.
