Twice they have rejected my withdrawal. First they asked for my bank card photo, and deposit screenshot which and said can be in PDF. I sent all the documents, and then my withdrawal got rejected. Asking me now to send another documents but not in PDF. Seems like they’re making up reasons just to not give me the money I won!
