Website gave me a bonus, I won £7k and refused to pay as I had played the bonus above their terms and conditions. I was unaware and the site should have limited my play. They took my money and refused to pay my winnings
Asked to have account closed via live chat ,they wouldn't grant my request, and told me to send email to email@spinshark.support ,and I could get account closed immediately that way. Oh my ,I sent emails from 3 different email accounts to that address, and all ignored ,live chat are androids or something I think ,kept calling me dear for some reason. Ended up losing more money like an idiot after well after asking for account to be closed, and this just isn't meant to be allowed by gambling sites ,if you ask for account to be closed, they're meant to respect that decision and act straight away .Theirs honestly 0 point in joining with this site ,they charge extra money on some deposits without even telling you, money for some reason goes to all sorts of different places /accounts ,slot games I played were awful also, and I've read so many times that if you miraculously win,you're extremely unlikely to get the money .communication is almost impossible with them ,and I honestly think the live chat team is just 1 android at other end. I agreed with the rest of the reviews, any positive reviews is bogus, and done by their own members, if you can't play any genuine sites because you're on Gamstop etc,my honest opinion is simply don't join any sites at all ,they're pretty much all dodgy ,and don't abide by rules.

Currently waiting for a withdrawal, i enquired about time frames and i received an extremely ambiguous response. This was after waiting more than 24 hours for an email as chat was just a waste of time. I intend to update my review depending on what sort of issues i get. Withdrew early hours of Sunday, by Monday afternoon still says pending. Any issues i receive from non gamstop sites I do write to their license provider to stop any scam casinos from profiting in an egregious way.
Twice they have rejected my withdrawal.
First they asked for my bank card photo, and deposit screenshot which and said can be in PDF. I sent all the documents, and then my withdrawal got rejected. Asking me now to send another documents but not in PDF.
Seems like they’re making up reasons just to not give me the money I won!

Happy to say, after 3 days, I received my withdrawal, customer service through email were brilliant and very understanding! Seem like a good legit company!RESOLVEDCurrently awaiting a withdrawal, this has been met by a lot of "we can't tell you", "it will take as long as it takes", "we can't give you a time frame sorry". My first withdrawal too, which does not look good, I will update with anything and change the review if anything changes.
Scam casino, avoid like the plague, pretend ID is blurry or utility bill picture isn’t showing 4 corners to get out of paying peoples winnings, stay well away from these, currently disputing with my bank as they’re a scam and not licenced for UK player!!!
I deposited £97 to spinshark on the 18th of January and it cleared from my bank. My bank confirmed that the payment had reached the account of the casino .I waited the '7 days for it to be paid back' as the casino requested and now they are saying I need to wait a further 7 days, which my own bank has said is nonsense, as they can see that the money was received and any money that is not received by a destination globally gets paid back automatically within 7 days.They have asked for a PDF of the transaction which I emailed and now asking for me to upload it to my account verification.Just excuses to keep the £97 and I will put it down to a bad experience with a rogue casino, unless they come back with some reasonable solution
