I deposited £97 to spinshark on the 18th of January and it cleared from my bank. My bank confirmed that the payment had reached the account of the casino .I waited the '7 days for it to be paid back' as the casino requested and now they are saying I need to wait a further 7 days, which my own bank has said is nonsense, as they can see that the money was received and any money that is not received by a destination globally gets paid back automatically within 7 days.They have asked for a PDF of the transaction which I emailed and now asking for me to upload it to my account verification.Just excuses to keep the £97 and I will put it down to a bad experience with a rogue casino, unless they come back with some reasonable solution
