Late for an appointment and charged £300.
In the midst of a cost of living crisis and being in debt, I cannot afford a £300 late fee. Absolutely unreasonable.
I have made Spire aware of my financial difficulties and begged them to reduce the fee, but they could not care less. The response I received was ‘we want paid’.
They are pushing people into further financial difficulties even when they know this prevents their parents being able to eat or heat their homes.
There goes a months food and heating.
Shame on you Spire, shame on you.
