Before my procedure the care was great, afterwards it wasn’t great. I have MS and very limited mobility which I made the hospital aware of and assistance would be required. I was left waiting over an hour after the doctor said I could go home. When the nurse eventually came she gave us the discharge paperwork and a starter pack and said I was free to go. There was no offer of assistance so my partner managed on his own and we left the hospital. Not what I expect at any hospital let alone one I’m paying for!
