Worst experience from a company with such high expectation. I booked a mammogram scan and consultation with dr emma de Sousa. The person on the phone booked it for me and said once the scan is taken the doctor with go over it and tell us if my mum has cancer. My mum gets there on the day of the appointment the doctor is saying to her she cant only do a mammogram she has to do 4 different scans which will come up to £1200 plus consultation. We said that not what we booked we only booked one scan and consultation. Eventually we said we’ll leave it so we left without a scan or consultation. The next day I get an email saying I need go pay £240. I tried speaking to the doctor she wasn't letting me speak and all she kept mentioning is me paying for consultation when there was no consultation.
