I reached out to the support team right away, and they clarified the situation (it is indeed stated in the terms & conditions that a monthly fee of £39.99 will be applied after the initial trial). Nevertheless, they promptly cancelled my subscription and issued my refund within 24 hours. Excellent customer service.
