I lost my money. I was able to complete 2 days classes from one month that I paid above $20. The third day the application never open again and went I enter in the website, there was no training in my account. They declined my refund.

Unexpected Subscription Charge Resolved Quickly

I was unaware that I had enrolled in a monthly subscription until a charge of £39.99 appeared on my account. I reached out to the support team right away, and they clarified the situation (it is indeed stated in the terms & conditions that a monthly fee of £39.99 will be applied after the initial trial). Nevertheless, they promptly cancelled my subscription and issued my refund within 24 hours. Excellent customer service.
