Took my car for service and MOT. Car passes MOT but then during service the brake pads need replacing, apparently so worn that they had to do it and they just crumbled so did not keep them. How did it pass MOT if dangerous. Was asked on phone for permission and we said no we would replace ourselves, then used dangerous excuse. My wife does not like to argue and just paid. Someone in the service dept is dodgy.We have purchased and serviced 6 cars from here, time to go elsewhere. No reponce fron customer service or Hyundai UK
