I am writing on behalf of my partner who ordered a waterfall incense holder for my birthday. He faced issues from the start, receiving and being charged for two items. When I checked online for more incense cones, I found the same product at a lower price. He chose to return it and paid £15 at the post office. The company sent a return label but required a check of the product before issuing a refund. They requested a post office receipt, as the package was sent on 30/09/24. On November 2, the package was returned as unclaimed, with the address in Lithuania. I emailed them, but received no reply. This experience has been very stressful and unprofessional.
