*** Update No2A tremendous result, from Customer service manager. Hopefully customer service staff might find a way to offer help to customers, instead of negativity. I received a FULL refund on all over charged items, burners and cones, and was told I could keep the burners that had been sent to me. The tech team were investigating the issue with increasing the order. Hopefully all will be resolved soonest. Thank you so much for your efforts, they were much appreciated.My only wish is that the cones were bigger, or lasted longer. Burn time is around 5mins.Thank you so much Spirual! They already have my order details and my email address and if they can’t find them, then I can call them incompetent as well but of course, I already know that it’s just a scam from start to finish! **Seeing other reviews here, I should have come here first. I would never have ordered and been better off, not losing money I can absolutely not afford to lose. Clearly this is a scam operation following a set pattern.I ordered a gift for a friend of mine who is having a terrible time. The perfect thing I thought. I placed the order - no order confirmation button - but I see 4 of everything has been ordered, not 1. I checked my bank immediately, and there it is, amount x 4 taken from my account. I contacted Spirual straight away, as soon as they opened for their day, asking them to reimburse me forthwith, only to be told it might be too late for a cancellation, 30 mins. I heard nothing more for the day, no money. So, today they confirm, no cancellation, no reimbursement. I have to wait for delivery, return the package AND pay the postage!
