Horrible customer service! Placed order 12/7/22 called them an hour later to cancel order. They would have to contact warehouse and email me back. Called two more times and was finally emailed it was too late to cancel. This is a SCAM!! Product came Christmas Eve did not open. If you read the return policy says you have to call to get a RMA # or they won’t take it back. Says on website they are in Los Angeles CA “USA” No they aren’t!!Also states100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. No risk 60 day trial period. If not satisfied we will issue you a full refund!! Nope.So to return my two incense burners and extra cones it would cost me $56.00 because it has to go through customs because it has to go to LITHUANIA!!!!!!! Per our local post office. Called them again saying I want my money back and was told they needed the product back ok not paying $56.00 to send it back.Spoke about the full refund they promised nope.Asked to speak to a supervisor one is not available for 24-48 hours will call me! Do not buy from this place will contact BBB after 48 hours and our attorney general with this information.Never again BEWARE
