We've had some issues with our new website integration. This is now resolved, and we're truly sorry! Have a nice day! Best regards, the support team. I'm thrilled the website is fixed (sarcasm). I still haven't received any official response, refund, or game code. Am I just supposed to be satisfied that their new site works and walk away without what I paid for? Absolutely terrible customer support. AVOID!
