Simple setup with plenty of space

The setup was very straightforward. I selected the pod, and being 196cm tall, I was concerned about space, but I fit comfortably. Just a note, rainwater can gather a bit on the top shell.

I placed my order a few months ago, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. The chiller and pod appear to be of very high quality.

Great ice bath experience.

The setup was quite simple. I opted for the pod, and at 196cm tall, I was worried about fitting, but I had no issues. Just a heads up, rainwater tends to collect a bit on the top shell.

My Pod arrived in under a week, and the packaging was superb. Everything came intact with all accessories included—an excellent purchasing experience!

Awful Customer Support!

I finally received a reply through a review platform, but not directly: Dear Customer, we're sorry you didn't get your game code instantly after your purchase! We've had some issues with our new website integration. This is now resolved, and we're truly sorry! Have a nice day! Best regards, the support team. I'm thrilled the website is fixed (sarcasm). I still haven't received any official response, refund, or game code. Am I just supposed to be satisfied that their new site works and walk away without what I paid for? Absolutely terrible customer support. AVOID!

Request a refund.

I ordered a game from this company and, when I didn't receive it, they informed me it was a pre-order. Later, they said it would arrive in two days and asked if I wanted a refund or to wait. I chose to wait, but since March 27th, I've still not received my game. If you want your money back, contact your bank—they should be able to assist.

Paid but no game code received

I paid for my games over 12 hours ago and still have not received my game codes. The transaction is still processing. I've emailed multiple times without a response, and I tried calling the number on the website but couldn't reach anyone. Extremely poor customer service! The instant download claim is misleading!
