I have been using Splashtop since 2016.The service has been reliable the entire time. No complaints about the software.There are benefits besides file transfer, and being able to log in to different PCs and Macs from my desktop.It's incredibly helpful being able to see a client's screen (and use a tiny virtual keyboard + mouse) on my phone in a parking lot. In those urgent situations, seeing the screen can save hours of verbal back-and-forth.I had one hiccup with the company when the legacy plan I had been on for many years was abruptly canceled.
