We have been a long term fan of Splash Wines. This cycle could have been 5 star as well, but we had multiple issues with the secondary hold location (Walgreens/Fry Rd) that failed to hold the wine longer than 1 day and sent it back to FedEx. After great customer service support, re-shipment was ordered to a new Walgreens/Barker Cypress. They told me don't send wine here. We can't accommodate packages heavier than 35 lbs. After nearly 3 weeks we received our order. Great selection. Package handling by supporting vendors are suspect in my opinion.
