Review Time
Any time I have an "issue", usually having to do with my delivery location, the folks on the phone at Splash Wines are very helpful and resolve the issue quite readily and with full professionalism.
We have been a long term fan of Splash Wines. This cycle could have been 5 star as well, but we had multiple issues with the secondary hold location (Walgreens/Fry Rd) that failed to hold the wine longer than 1 day and sent it back to FedEx. After great customer service support, re-shipment was ordered to a new Walgreens/Barker Cypress. They told me don't send wine here. We can't accommodate packages heavier than 35 lbs. After nearly 3 weeks we received our order. Great selection. Package handling by supporting vendors are suspect in my opinion.

Splash Wines offers the best value, best deals for wine that I have found. I've looked around because I drink wine every day, relaxing after dinner before bed. Buying in bulk, for a long time I don't have to worry about running out and needing to make a run to a store.
I've been ordering wines from the company for a few years now. Each time they inquire about my wine preferences, I simply tell them to surprise me. Without fail, I receive an excellent variety of wines every time. They truly excel at providing a fantastic selection. I'm always impressed with their service.
Overall, I find that many wines are quite pleasant, though not necessarily outstanding, and they offer good value. However, I feel overwhelmed by the frequency of messages; receiving them every few days would be more preferable. Additionally, the holiday promotion felt more like standard pricing, which seemed a bit misleading.
My experience with the service has been excellent! I usually choose the higher-end options, as they seem to offer a better variety. However, I've also tried some of the more affordable options and found some good selections. Overall, it's been a worthwhile experience. I'm a big fan!
