Very disappointing experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I am facing the same issues others have mentioned. The shipment information was confusing and inaccurate from the beginning. When the order finally arrived, several bottles did not match the wines that were advertised in the case, and some bottles arrived broken.
To make matters worse, the delivery was sent incorrectly, which created even more frustration trying to track down the order.
The most disappointing part was the customer service. Instead of helping resolve the problem, the responses were dismissive and disrespectful.
Overall, this was a horrible experience and I would not recommend ordering from them.
