The experience with this service has been terrible once signed up. Communication is nonexistent; emails go unanswered, and calls are screened. They focus on upselling and charge extra for missed payments. The onboarding process was poorly handled, and the vehicle I received was in unacceptable condition. They expected me to take it back dirty, and there was no guidance on operating the electric vehicle. Overall, the lack of professionalism and respect is alarming. I feel this business model is flawed and not customer-friendly.
