In December, I placed an order for 2 sets (8 pieces) of LED electronic candles. My credit card was charged $38.97. However, on January 13, I only received 2 candles. I reached out to the support team multiple times, but they completely ignored my emails. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. I advise against engaging with this service.
