Although the product is outstanding, the consumer is duped by all the advertising and demonstrations showing a bottle twice the size of the bottles actually sent. Classic bait and switch! No quantity of content in ounces is ever mentioned on ordering platform. You only find out when you receive small bottles half the size of what is shown in advertisements. There is a blatant awareness and intentionality by the seller to deceive the consumer. I feel cheated. You should send an equal amount to me again for free.

I made 2 orders on Jan 30. It is now almost 2 weeks and neither has arrived. Tracking only says packages have been sent. No further information can be obtained from the tracking on your website. I emailed your customer service and have gotten no reply. I don't know if they will arrive or when. If they don't arrive in another week, I will call the credit card company to dispute the payments. I can now read other reviews that said they did not get their purchases. If I had seen these prior to ordering, I would not have bought from Splendiday.

Ordered the clippers and trimmer package. Received package in reasonable time but they sent 2 of the trimmers instead. These are absolute rubbish as it stops as soon as you apply any pressure. Have emailed twice and no response. First and last order from these scammers.

It was easy to order … but what I received didn’t match what was shown on the ad. The bottles were very small and the directions were hard to read. I ordered 3 bottles and after I took a picture of the label and zoomed in I was able to see how to use it. I tried one bottle in my bath/shower drain and it did seem to do the trick and it does drain better now. It’s just that the ad showed large bottles of liquid and what I received were small bottles with powder. But it did seem to work. I will be using a second bottle on my kitchen sink to see if it helps.

Disappointed with the order fulfillment

In December, I placed an order for 2 sets (8 pieces) of LED electronic candles. My credit card was charged $38.97. However, on January 13, I only received 2 candles. I reached out to the support team multiple times, but they completely ignored my emails. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. I advise against engaging with this service.

Frustrating Order Experience

The first charge was rejected, prompting me to place a second order. Shortly after, I noticed both charges had been processed and I quickly requested a cancellation. I received only one unclear email regarding my request, with no further notifications. Weeks later, I received one shipment, followed by another the next day. Just yesterday, I got an email asking for this review. Upon checking my junk email, I discovered two emails confirming the duplicate purchases. This situation was never my intention. Timely confirmations or a better order review system could have easily prevented this issue.

Great product, but shipping took longer than anticipated.

The product was excellent, but the delivery time exceeded my expectations. I placed my order on December 12, anticipating it would arrive before Christmas, but it only reached me in mid-January. Nowhere in the transaction was it indicated that the item was shipping from overseas.
