Not very honest lender. Told me only requires a soft check on credit from Equifax. After you submitted application. They said they need to do 3 hard pulls. Their ads says they only need 500 credit score since it is an investment. With one hard pull which goes against their promise is not enough ! Need three hard pulls to start with ? It looks like to me like they are scam ,abusive and predatory lender. Not an investment really.
