AVOID AT ALL COSTS and seek other companies that won't take you for a ride and lie to you. I was aggressively targeted and was pomised this was super easy and we would be done in about 10 days. We then hit a roadblock when one document wasn't up to par. I submitted another document, and it still wasn't good enough. Then a THIRD time, and their feckless, callous, and wanton actions ended up causing irreparable harm. I can't say too much else because the petulant and petty 'leadership' and media relations are petulant, petty, and refuse to speak to me about what happened. It should also be noted that I spoke with NBC Nightly News and ABC World News Tonight to share the cmplete story. Not very honest lender. Told me only requires a soft check on credit from Equifax. After you submitted application. They said they need to do 3 hard pulls. Their ads says they only need 500 credit score since it is an investment. With one hard pull which goes against their promise is not enough ! Need three hard pulls to start with ? It looks like to me like they are scam ,abusive and predatory lender. Not an investment really.
If I could give a zero I definitely would The so-called representative Brett told me when he pulled my soft credit report it was right at 500 and they will be able to help me however when he pulled a hard credit I was 497 that's 3 points away and I was unable to get help so yes I was very upset I felt like I was giving misinformation and I don't appreciate being made feel like I'm not valid and that is exactly how I was felt. When I received an email because I did question this and he said and the only thing he said is well we have rules and regulations and you are not at 500 and again I questioned the three points and his response was come back when you have a 500 credit I said no thank you
