I urge you to steer clear of this service! For three and a half months, I had no issues, always using the same person. However, today, I faced a huge problem. I received a payment link for a hotel in Pensacola for a stay that was supposed to be from November 30 to December 7, but I planned an eight-month stay. After paying, I received an email confirmation stating my stay was from November 29 to December 6. I spent over three hours on the phone with them, but they refused to correct the dates. When I arrived to check in, I discovered I had been marked as a no-show, losing over $400 in the process. I won’t pay an extra $50 for a refundable option when I know I need the stay. I have all the communications and documentation, but they won’t return my calls. I ended up paying for another hotel just to get through this. Please, do not use this service. It’s a complete runaround, and I plan to share this experience everywhere possible. This has seriously impacted me financially.
