Terrible experience, avoid using their services.

Unsatisfactory service, I highly recommend against booking through them. The customer support is untrustworthy, constantly requesting personal information without providing any assistance. Ultimately, they seem unaware of anything and merely state that they have sent your details to the appropriate department. They even lack basic knowledge about your booking confirmation number. The main hotel informed me that they have no reservation under my name or with this company.

Please take a moment to read this! I strongly advise against using this service. For three and a half months, everything seemed fine, as I always dealt with the same representative. However, today, November 30, I faced a significant issue that cost me a lot of money. I received a payment link for my hotel reservation in Pensacola, which was supposed to be for a stay from November 30 to December 7, totaling eight months. After I paid, my email confirmation showed the dates as November 29 to December 6. I spent over three hours on the phone with the support team, but they refused to correct the dates. When I arrived to check into my hotel, I discovered I had been marked as a no-show, leading to a loss of over $400. I didn't want to pay an extra $50 for a refundable option when I knew I would be staying. I have all the evidence, including the original link with the correct dates, but it seems to be of no value to them. They won't return my calls, and now I'm out over $400 and had to book another hotel just to work. This experience has been frustrating, and I plan to share my story on every platform available. This situation is unacceptable and affects real people's lives, costing me more than many earn in a week.

I urge you to steer clear of this service! For three and a half months, I had no issues, always using the same person. However, today, I faced a huge problem. I received a payment link for a hotel in Pensacola for a stay that was supposed to be from November 30 to December 7, but I planned an eight-month stay. I have all the communications and documentation, but they won’t return my calls. I ended up paying for another hotel just to get through this. Please, do not use this service. Deceptive practices after booking

I found an enticing offer for a stay in Stuttgart, Germany, but after booking, I received an email stating there was a technical issue and offering a 5% discount on my next booking. I tried again, but faced the same issue with the same excuse. Now, I’m left hoping for a refund of my credit card funds. I would rather pay more elsewhere to avoid this hassle.

A serious scam operation

This service is a serious scam. I recently booked a family trip that never actually existed. They need to be investigated for their misleading advertising and false bookings. I even secured my booking for emergencies, but when I had a family crisis, they refused to refund my money. Their customer service is a wild goose chase, and they sneak in hidden fees while canceling trips without informing you. I want to warn others—please do not book with them!

Complete scam operation!

This service is a complete scam! They take your money and fail to book your trip, then refuse to help when you call. They transfer you to multiple people and promise callbacks that never happen. This went on for several days—total scam!

Regret not reading the reviews

I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. I paid for a stay at a well-known hotel through this platform only to find out they never transferred the payment, forcing me to pay twice. Their customer service is utterly useless; they just collect your information and provide no follow-up.
