I purchased the easy cancellation option, but they can deny your claim if you or a family member gets sick and can't travel, which is exactly why I bought it! The process is unnecessarily complicated and the information they ask for seems intrusive. It should just be a simple call to cancel due to illness. I do not recommend this service!
