Exercise caution with this platform, particularly if you need to change a booking. I reserved several rooms with a clearly advertised “free cancellation until Jan 25.”
Before the deadline, I attempted to cancel only one room (out of four) for the same dates. The service informed me that partial cancellations are not allowed.
Instead, they insisted on canceling the entire reservation and rebooking at the current rates.
Since hotel prices had risen since my original booking, removing one room would lead to minimal reimbursement, even though it was still within the free cancellation period. In practice, this renders the “free cancellation” policy irrelevant if any modifications are needed.
You are essentially compelled to accept increased prices or maintain an unnecessary reservation. This may be a limitation of their system, but it is highly misleading and unjust to customers.
I would strongly advise booking directly with the hotel or opting for a more flexible platform.

Disappointing Booking Experience

I arranged accommodations in Portage La Prairie MB for visiting family from Wisconsin for the weekend. However, I received an email indicating a booking in Vermillion AB, and I was unable to get a refund or amend the reservation. My family arrived, forcing me to find alternative accommodations and cancel many plans. This error caused significant financial strain, leaving me without funds for Christmas. I had to borrow money from family to make the holiday happen, which was incredibly embarrassing and resulted in a very gloomy celebration.

Cancellation option is misleading

I bought the easy cancellation option, but they can refuse your claim if you or a family member gets sick and can't travel. This is exactly why people choose this option! The documentation they require feels invasive. It should just be a simple call to cancel due to illness. I do not recommend this service!

They are big scammers! They charged my card and provided a booking number used internally, but I received no hotel confirmation. The hotel had no record of my booking.

Hotel booking cancellation disaster

I reserved a hotel for four days and received an email about a technical issue causing the cancellation. It's been 15 days and I still haven't received my refund. This feels like a complete scam and outright fraud.

Frustrating experience

I booked a hotel well in advance, but my reservation was canceled the day before my trip. I was busy preparing for a wedding and had to spend extra time finding a new hotel last minute. I'm unsure who is at fault, but I recommend spending a little more for a more reliable booking service.

Read the fine print!

The lower prices may attract you, but they don't clearly indicate whether breakfast is included, unlike other sites. I was disappointed to find out breakfast wasn't included when it should have been at that price. Otherwise, the booking process was fine.
