Exercise caution with this platform, particularly if you need to change a booking. I reserved several rooms with a clearly advertised “free cancellation until Jan 25.”
Before the deadline, I attempted to cancel only one room (out of four) for the same dates. The service informed me that partial cancellations are not allowed.
Instead, they insisted on canceling the entire reservation and rebooking at the current rates.
Since hotel prices had risen since my original booking, removing one room would lead to minimal reimbursement, even though it was still within the free cancellation period. In practice, this renders the “free cancellation” policy irrelevant if any modifications are needed.
You are essentially compelled to accept increased prices or maintain an unnecessary reservation. This may be a limitation of their system, but it is highly misleading and unjust to customers.
I would strongly advise booking directly with the hotel or opting for a more flexible platform.
