It took approximately seven weeks to receive a response, which is far from acceptable and does not reflect a customer-oriented approach.

Due to the delay, I had to contact the hotel directly to resolve my booking. This experience has been frustrating and inconvenient, and it has significantly impacted my trust in your service.

As a result, I do not plan to use your platform for future bookings.
