The platform has stated this practice is incorrect and charges should only occur after the store and app are closed. They also refuse to issue refunds. They somehow keep your payment details active even after cancellation. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE WITH YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION! Authorities are investigating this issue. We signed up through the platform, and despite closing the store and app, they still charged us. Stay far away from this company.
