They mentioned 15 days free trials then they charged me on day 7 and they refused to give me a refund

Also they cancelled my subscription on day 8 and still didn’t give me a refund and won’t give a refund

I recommend everyone call their bank to dispute, they’re scammers and misleading

1. NO CANCELLATION BUTTON: In the account's "Membership" section, there is NO "Cancel Plan" or "Cancel Subscription" button. They only show options to "Upgrade" or "Switch to Annual". This is a direct violation of FTC rules and Visa/Mastercard regulations.
2. CANNOT DELETE YOUR CARD: In the "Payment Information" section, the "Delete Card" button is BROKEN and does not work. They intentionally hold your payment details hostage to continue charging you.
3. AUTOMATIC CHARGES WITHOUT CONSENT: After a trial, they automatically charge your card ($39.99, then $34.15) without any explicit confirmation from you.
4. REFUSES REFUNDS: When confronted, they hide behind their "strict no-refund policy" (Section 6 of their Terms). However, their own policy is VOID because they violate payment network rules by not providing a cancellation method.
5. SUPPORT IGNORES THE CORE ISSUE: Support agents (like "Joe") repeatedly ask irrelevant questions about Shopify stores to delay and avoid addressing their illegal interface.

CONCLUSION: Spocket is a fraudulent operation designed to make it impossible to leave. They ignore consumer protection laws and payment system regulations.

ADVICE: If you value your money and data security, STAY AWAY. If you already signed up, immediately block your card with your bank and file a chargeback dispute.

"Spocket is a total scam. They charged me $59.99 for a 'Professional' plan I never authorized. Then, they took another $36.46 from my account. I have been charged twice for a service I did not order.

To make it worse, my account now shows as 'Subscription Ended,' meaning they have stolen my money and blocked my access to the service. Their support is refusing to refund my money and only offering a 50% 'settlement.' This is theft. I demand a FULL REFUND of all unauthorized charges immediately. I am reporting this to Shopify Legal and my bank's fraud department."

Terrible Experience! Account on Hold Yet Charged Full Price

Terrible experience! I paused my account, but it seemed ineffective, and I was charged the full amount with no refund option. I wasn't even utilizing the service for my store, and when I attempted to cancel, the system kept insisting my next billing was in 6 days. I tried multiple times to get help, but no one responded! This platform initially seems attractive from a marketing perspective, showcasing a variety of products. However, many items are marked up significantly—often exceeding prices found in physical retail outlets. In several instances, I discovered the same products available elsewhere for up to 30% less than the prices listed here.
The most frustrating aspect of my experience occurred after I canceled my subscription. I was unexpectedly charged for a full year renewal, despite my prior cancellation. My request for a refund was rejected, and my access to the service was terminated immediately after.

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with the service. After a trial period, I was charged for a full subscription even though I had no intention of continuing and stopped using it right away. When I reached out to the support team, they cited a strict “no-refund” policy and refused to issue a refund for the subscription period I would not utilize. To make matters worse, their attitude was dismissive: instead of taking accountability and proposing a fair resolution, they merely attempted to persuade me to maintain or upgrade the subscription, disregarding my clear disinterest in the service. In my view, this automatic renewal and the refusal to refund unused time feels like a subscription trap and demonstrates a lack of respect for customers. I do not recommend this service to anyone who values transparency, fair billing, and responsive support. Exercise extreme caution before entering your payment information or starting any “trial,” and meticulously review your statements because if issues arise, they will reference their policy and withhold your funds.

Complete fraud.

Complete fraud! I've reported this to the authorities. I opened a trial account, and on the first day, there were issues, so they assured me they would delete the account and that I wouldn't be charged for the plan. I even have the chat history as evidence. After a week, I noticed a charge of 299 USD for the same plan they claimed had been deleted! I reached out, but the support team was unhelpful, ignoring the chat history and my expectation that the trial would be canceled. They refused to issue a refund. It's a total scandal. Avoid this service. I will pursue my refund relentlessly.

Exercise caution.

If you sign up for a trial and then close your online store during that period, the company will continue charging you, even after the store is shut down and the app is unused. The platform has stated this practice is incorrect and charges should only occur after the store and app are closed. They also refuse to issue refunds. They somehow keep your payment details active even after cancellation. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE WITH YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION! Authorities are investigating this issue. We signed up through the platform, and despite closing the store and app, they still charged us. Stay far away from this company.
