After a trial period, I was charged for a full subscription even though I had no intention of continuing and stopped using it right away. When I reached out to the support team, they cited a strict “no-refund” policy and refused to issue a refund for the subscription period I would not utilize. To make matters worse, their attitude was dismissive: instead of taking accountability and proposing a fair resolution, they merely attempted to persuade me to maintain or upgrade the subscription, disregarding my clear disinterest in the service. In my view, this automatic renewal and the refusal to refund unused time feels like a subscription trap and demonstrates a lack of respect for customers. I do not recommend this service to anyone who values transparency, fair billing, and responsive support. Exercise extreme caution before entering your payment information or starting any “trial,” and meticulously review your statements because if issues arise, they will reference their policy and withhold your funds.
