Hello. At this moment, I cannot recommend doing business with this company. For over two months now, I have been contacting customer support in an attempt to stop them from making unauthorized charges to my account. Despite assurances that both my account and my billing profile have been deleted, Spocket continues to attempt to deduct funds from me every 5–7 days. You will receive only scripted responses, and no one will provide you with any actual assistance. All I am asking is for them to completely remove my credit card information from their service. I simply cannot believe that a company is unable to see exactly which account it is charging—or attempting to charge; rather, I believe they simply refuse to escalate my request to the actual technical specialists who have access to their financial systems. Spocket has absolutely no regard for its customers. It is frightening to imagine how they would handle things if an issue were to arise with a product order placed through their website. I intend to prepare a formal pre-litigation claim.
