I signed up for what was advertised as a “free trial,” expecting to only pay shipping and handling. I did not receive any product and was charged. I receive a response from customer service stating a replacement product would be sent and that I would only be charged if I chose to keep it.
However, it has now been over a month, I have not received any product, and I was still charged the full amount after confirming my mailing address.
A trial should allow a customer to actually receive and try the product before being billed in full. This situation has been extremely frustrating, and I am currently seeking a full refund and resolution.
Posting this so others remember to read the fine print and monitor their billing carefully.
