Hello, I am very very frustrated with this company because I’ve been reaching out to them about two bottles of collagen. I received pineapple flavor that smells literally like rotten eggs. It smells horrible and I know it’s not supposed to smell like that. I reached out to them instead of offering me a refund they asked me to ship them back and or keep them like that I get charged for them which made absolutely no sense at all none of the offers they did, now I believe they charge my account for those two bottles of rotten eggs liquid because that’s literally how it smell smells. I asked for them to send me a label. They never did and I’m still waiting to hear from them. I will not recommend this company to anybody.

First off, I’ve been the mango collagen for 4 months and it didn’t do anything as promised or advertised. But the hardest thing is contacting them. There is no agent that you can talk to. It’s all email and they do not respond to your needs. It’s very hard to get off the subscription once you’re in. They keep withdrawing from my account even if I already canceled my subscription. Finally, I got hold of them for the first time and was promised to cancel my subscription but the next month I saw in my bank account that they still withdraw money and keep sending me the item. I feel like I’m being scammed by the process. So very hard to talk to this people. It’s all about the money. Not what the customer wants. I won’t recommend. Don’t get yourself hooked into it.

Sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I signed up for what was advertised as a “free trial,” expecting to only pay shipping and handling. I did not receive any product and was charged. I receive a response from customer service stating a replacement product would be sent and that I would only be charged if I chose to keep it.

However, it has now been over a month, I have not received any product, and I was still charged the full amount after confirming my mailing address.

A trial should allow a customer to actually receive and try the product before being billed in full. This situation has been extremely frustrating, and I am currently seeking a full refund and resolution.

Posting this so others remember to read the fine print and monitor their billing carefully.

The produce is very costly for the same MINOR results as any other product. The most upsetting part is the sale tactic. I Come across try now buy later for on shipping $5.95 of course I'm thinking this is good i read it tells me about subscription and how much it would cost and how frequent , I place my order only to be charged 105.00 I immediately go in to cancel within minutes and they tell me I cannot i think to force someone into product is extremely not ok that means you are not as confident as you say you are in your product and NO one should not within minutes be able to change their mind that is to me very illegal practices and speaks volumes to how money hungry a company is .

I was excited to try the “try before you buy” trial only to find I would have my money stolen from me every time I enter the website! each time I went on the website, it UNAUTHORIZED 3 orders of their products with out any confirmation from me. each time I tried to go on the website to request a refund or cancel an order, another order of their products went through without my permission. I don’t know if it’s a glitch in their website or perhaps this is a scam all together. all I know is I lost so much money for products I don’t want and have to wait for them to be delivered in order to return them, except every time i request a return a new unauthorized order is made. DO NOT BUY.

Deceptive purchase from Spoiled Child and the billing is a scam. A "free trial" cost me over $145 cash the same day I purchased a "free trial" because I used a debit card thinking I had 30 days to decide if I liked the product after the "free trial." Instead, $145 was taken from my account the day I got the free trial for "free trial shipping of $6," over $100 for the product I was "trying free," AND another $8.95 for shipping the product I paid $6 to try free already. I also got charged for second product I purchased in checkout when this company pushed no less than 10 additional products on me, 1 by 1, when buying my "free trial."The only good thing is I didn't buy a subscription from Spoiled Child. It's one of those scam companies that offer a free trial to get you in debit forever from a subscription.

Frustrating experience with unauthorized charges

At this point, I can only describe my experience as frustrating. This service continues to charge my account and sends products I never ordered. Getting a refund seems nearly impossible, and reaching out to cancel a subscription I wasn't aware of is quite challenging.
