The service handling my order was good and efficient. The delivery items were nicely presented and fit well, although they were slightly larger than I anticipated using the sizing guide. The material and functionality were disappointing. Marketed as soft and stretchy, they felt heavier and stiffer than any chinos I've worn previously. I hoped they'd become more comfortable with wear and washing, but sadly, they didn't, and they are now earmarked for donation.
