At the beginning of January, I ordered a pair of Crocs from the Bulgarian Sportano website, which had a huge banner advertising fast delivery. I understood that, due to the holidays, shipping might take a little longer than usual. Since I still had two weeks before traveling abroad, I decided to place the order.Unfortunately, the Crocs did not arrive on time. As a result, I purchased another pair from a different website. Then, while I was at Madrid Airport, I received a call informing me that my order would be delivered the next day. Delays happen, I understand that - so that wasn’t the main issue.The real problem started with the return process. I informed the courier company that I would not be in Europe for the next few weeks and therefore wouldn’t be able to receive the package or return it through the regular procedure. They assured me that the parcel would be shipped back to the sender. According to the tracking information, the order was returned on January 20th.When I came back to Bulgaria, I checked to see when I would receive my refund. I sent several emails but received no response. The support center operates only until 14:00, and none of my calls were answered. After sending more than a dozen emails, I finally received a reply stating that they needed to “review the return.”It has now been more than 10 days since that message. There has been no further response to my emails, no answer on the phone, and no refund issued.I will definitely never shop from Sportano again. It’s extremely frustrating to have to chase €50 as if it were my full-time job.
