I am writing this review specifically regarding the Czech branch Sportano.cz (part of Sportano.com / SPORTANO.COM Sp. z o.o.). While the delivery was fast, their after-sales and warranty service is absolutely unprofessional.
​I purchased a premium down jacket from the brand Rab, which showed a massive down leakage through the fabric – so much that any clothing worn underneath was completely covered in feathers. This is clearly a material defect, not a "natural characteristic" of the product.
​Despite providing clear photo evidence of the excessive leakage, the claims department rejected my complaint with a generic template response, claiming this is "standard technology behavior." They even had the audacity to say the "matter is closed" while ignoring the specific facts of my case.
​The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude towards customers' rights is appalling for a shop selling high-end outdoor equipment. I have already contacted the Czech Trade Inspection (ČOI) and will pursue this legally. If you care about your money and consumer rights, shop elsewhere.

Perfect Purchase

Hi, I ordered Merrell walking shoes on sportano.com After some doubt of reading the reviews, i decided to give it a go, because the price was so nice ( almost half normal price) I can say all went perfect, received all mails from order to shipping and 5days later my shoes arrived. Original box, shoes brand new and tagged, so im very much pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!!

Not recommended. Not serious people

These are not serious people. I've had a super simple issue: points in their loyalty program (less than 1 euro in total, imagine) were not credited for the 2 reviews I've left for the products from my last order #9292575762.So, I contacted the support (support ID #284610).First, the support person (Sara) didn't even understood the request.Second, she said I didn't post the testimonials. I've replied with screenshots of my testimonials.Third, she acknowledged the testimonials but said that I wasn't logged in while doing so. I explained to her that I was logged-in, that I went to the product pages from the order page. How else could I do that if I wasn't logged-in? The testmionial form requires as a mandatory field the order ID, which I copy-pasted from the order page. How else could I do that without being logged-in?Long story short: the customer is always to blame. As I said, Sportano are not serious people. Not recommended.ps: if someone more intelligent at Sportano is reading this, you have the order ID and the support ID above. Please feel free to reach out if you need clarifications.

impossible return

At the beginning of January, I ordered a pair of Crocs from the Bulgarian Sportano website, which had a huge banner advertising fast delivery. I understood that, due to the holidays, shipping might take a little longer than usual. Since I still had two weeks before traveling abroad, I decided to place the order.Unfortunately, the Crocs did not arrive on time. As a result, I purchased another pair from a different website. Then, while I was at Madrid Airport, I received a call informing me that my order would be delivered the next day. Delays happen, I understand that - so that wasn’t the main issue.The real problem started with the return process. I informed the courier company that I would not be in Europe for the next few weeks and therefore wouldn’t be able to receive the package or return it through the regular procedure. They assured me that the parcel would be shipped back to the sender. According to the tracking information, the order was returned on January 20th.When I came back to Bulgaria, I checked to see when I would receive my refund. I sent several emails but received no response. The support center operates only until 14:00, and none of my calls were answered. After sending more than a dozen emails, I finally received a reply stating that they needed to “review the return.”It has now been more than 10 days since that message. There has been no further response to my emails, no answer on the phone, and no refund issued.I will definitely never shop from Sportano again. It’s extremely frustrating to have to chase €50 as if it were my full-time job.

This seller doesn’t deserve to have a star.Such a BIG scammersssssssssss i paid 15 euros shipping fee to return the item to the seller the label they give to me is 16 euros to pay.PEOPLE PLEASE CAREFUL THIS WEBSITE.DONT EVER EVER ORDER ITWorst service also.

Do not buy anything there.

You have to pay for the return shipping. It cost me 7 euros to return my backpack. Although the off ice in Frankfurt and I only live an hour from there I still have not received an email confirming they have received it. It is 70 euros and I want my money back.
