These are not serious people. I've had a super simple issue: points in their loyalty program (less than 1 euro in total, imagine) were not credited for the 2 reviews I've left for the products from my last order #9292575762.So, I contacted the support (support ID #284610).First, the support person (Sara) didn't even understood the request.Second, she said I didn't post the testimonials. I've replied with screenshots of my testimonials.Third, she acknowledged the testimonials but said that I wasn't logged in while doing so. I explained to her that I was logged-in, that I went to the product pages from the order page. How else could I do that if I wasn't logged-in? The testmionial form requires as a mandatory field the order ID, which I copy-pasted from the order page. How else could I do that without being logged-in?Long story short: the customer is always to blame. As I said, Sportano are not serious people. Not recommended.ps: if someone more intelligent at Sportano is reading this, you have the order ID and the support ID above. Please feel free to reach out if you need clarifications.
