I am writing this review specifically regarding the Czech branch Sportano.cz (part of Sportano.com / SPORTANO.COM Sp. z o.o.). While the delivery was fast, their after-sales and warranty service is absolutely unprofessional.
I purchased a premium down jacket from the brand Rab, which showed a massive down leakage through the fabric – so much that any clothing worn underneath was completely covered in feathers. This is clearly a material defect, not a "natural characteristic" of the product.
Despite providing clear photo evidence of the excessive leakage, the claims department rejected my complaint with a generic template response, claiming this is "standard technology behavior." They even had the audacity to say the "matter is closed" while ignoring the specific facts of my case.
The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude towards customers' rights is appalling for a shop selling high-end outdoor equipment. I have already contacted the Czech Trade Inspection (ČOI) and will pursue this legally. If you care about your money and consumer rights, shop elsewhere.
