I am beyond frustrated with SportCity's service and their handling of membership cancellations. Not only did they threaten me with incasso (debt collection) for non-existent payments, but they also displayed a shocking level of incompetence. Despite providing all the necessary personal information, SportCity couldn't even locate my father's account in their systems. This situation is utterly unacceptable. I urgently requested confirmation of cancellation, removal of our personal data, and resolution of the outstanding balance, but SportCity failed to address any of these concerns adequately. I strongly advise against joining SportCity due to their lack of customer care, threats, and inability to manage basic information effectively. Consider this a warning to avoid the disappointment I experienced.
