The issue that other people have mentioned happened to me yesterday, a male employee entered the dressing room unannounced while several women were naked. I'm a sexual assault survivor and was deeply triggered and i found it really upsetting. How can it happen again if Sportcity says they talked to the staff and it would not happen again.

The worst customer service. Each time unless i send 10/20 emails I am not given my invoice.There is no way to download the invoice online.We are at the mercy of the customer service to send us the invoice.Worst class service.I will be posting this in all review sites and warn the users not to get on a contract with this company if they need their invoice.The team at the centre also are helpless as they say customer service doesn't exist and no one monitors the email.I am seriously stressed about this company's customer service. Full of newcomers sitting behind the computer of the email account.Worst worst worst service
