I had a 1 year subscription started in Sep 2024 and it was supposed to end in Sep 2025. I had sent an email in Aug 20,2025 to cancel it with more than a month before the end date. When I sent a reminder email after a few weeks they acknowledged the cancellation. I checked my account last week and I was surprised that they had debited 25 euros for the period of Sep to October 2025 which I never asked to extend. What kind of scam is this? I have already sent an email regarding the issue, but no response yet.
