I registered once to this gym so to on the month of july (only one month, as I am new in Amsterdam) and on august/september I am out f vacations.After filing out a form registration I did not receive any kind of answer or contact or news and a week later, when I called, I was answered there was nothing from me there. Obviously I thought something had gone wrong and the form was not validated, too much time had passed.I don’t speak or write dutch and really gave up this issue and tried another gym.For my surprise the Sport city gym took money from my bank account (which I ask to be immediately refunded) and as not enough, recently I received a letter for me to pay again 3 months.I have no registration number, I am not a member and I have never receive any news or put my feet in that gym - as you can easily check.For these reasons I come to ask you to immediately correct what is wrong, because it really sounds badly.Thank you very much, I really appreciate it.Lucinda M Lourenço
