SCW website had erroneous information which caused me to order the wrong part. SCW would not pay for return shipping. I had to order the correct part and return the wrong part at my expense to have SCW waive a 20% restocking fee. SCW then reduced my refund on the return by $15 to claw back shipping on the original order even though I paid no shipping. All of these terms and conditions are buried in the fine print. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I will never do business with SCW again and I will let everyone on the automobile forums I frequent know about it.
