I had an awful experience. My package was sent to the wrong address, and the company refuses to issue a refund. The delivery service clearly mishandled my order, as the delivery photo shows a completely different location and person. I provided all the necessary evidence, including an apology from the delivery service. Yet, the company insists the package was 'delivered' and offers no assistance. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
