The delivery service clearly misdelivered my order, as the delivery photo shows a completely different location and individual. I submitted all the evidence, including an apology from the delivery service. Nevertheless, the company insists the parcel was 'delivered' and is not offering any assistance. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

I put in a lot of effort promoting their products through the affiliate link they provided, but after nearly six months, they have yet to pay me the promised commissions. I contacted their support team multiple times but never received a response. This is sheer deception. Steer clear of this company – they are dishonest and will waste your time!
My experience with this company was absolutely terrible from beginning to end! I ordered shoes for €46.99 without knowing they would ship from the UK, which was not mentioned on their website. I reached out to their helpdesk several times, each time being told my case was 'escalated' and someone would get back to me within 14 days. Spoiler alert: no one did. On one occasion, I had a frustrating encounter with a rude consultant who demanded a screenshot of my banking app, which my bank does not allow for security reasons. I provided a payment statement instead, but the consultant dismissed it and hung up. My bank confirmed they never blocked any refund – the company's claim was simply untrue. Their customer service is disgraceful, evading accountability and making false promises. I have been pursuing my €46.99 refund for months with no resolution. I have escalated this issue to the European Consumer Centre because enough is enough. Avoid this company at all costs – they are untrustworthy and unprofessional. One star is too generous!
I appreciate the help I received for my running shoes! A staff member assisted me in selecting the right pair, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I've visited many sports shops, and he's the only one who really understands running shoes. Excellent service!
Unfortunately, the order I placed for click and collect never arrived. There has been no communication from the company regarding why or when it will arrive, and they are ignoring my attempts to reach out via live chat. The collection period ended on 12 November. This is unacceptable, and it seems they are not treating customers properly. I'm very disappointed, especially since I have used this store in the past.
I bought a pair of boots for my son for about £70 online, but they hurt his feet so badly that he was limping afterward! Not only that, but the boots looked nothing like the pictures and were quite unattractive. My son didn't mind the look as he just wanted functionality, but they hurt him so much it nearly caused bleeding! When we tried to return them, they claimed it wasn't their fault and initially refused to accept the return. After much persuasion, they took them back but didn’t refund the money, and the customer service was terrible! Outrageous!
