My experience with this company was absolutely terrible from beginning to end! I ordered shoes for €46.99 without knowing they would ship from the UK, which was not mentioned on their website. Realizing I’d face long delivery times and customs fees, I quickly requested to cancel the order. What followed was a frustrating saga of incompetence and empty assurances. I reached out to their helpdesk several times, each time being told my case was 'escalated' and someone would get back to me within 14 days. Spoiler alert: no one did. On one occasion, I had a frustrating encounter with a rude consultant who demanded a screenshot of my banking app, which my bank does not allow for security reasons. I provided a payment statement instead, but the consultant dismissed it and hung up. My bank confirmed they never blocked any refund – the company's claim was simply untrue. Their customer service is disgraceful, evading accountability and making false promises. I have been pursuing my €46.99 refund for months with no resolution. I have escalated this issue to the European Consumer Centre because enough is enough. Avoid this company at all costs – they are untrustworthy and unprofessional. One star is too generous!
